Welcome to Shropshire Brickworks!

Built On Reputation in the heart of Shropshire since 2002

Following months of planning, Shropshire Brickworks launched its website this month. The launch is the product of months of hard work and we hope, through designing the website, we have delivered the vision and values of the Company in an ever-evolving industry. The sector has seen many changes over the last few years, battling a somewhat unstable economy, and a global pandemic, alongside advances in technology. The industry has seen a shortage of qualified bricklayers in recent times, meaning attracting talent is something Andy and the management team have placed a strong focus on. Our contracting team are extremely well looked after with rates of pay for both bricklayers and bricklayers labourers being competitive.

Shropshire Brickworks is also a member of the CIS scheme, meaning all tax and national insurance contributions are deducted at source. The team are paid weekly without fail and with multiple ongoing contracts, there is lots of work to go around!

Shropshire Brickworks is proud to have developed and retained strong local talent. Brad Woods (Bricklayer) is an integral part of the team and when asked how he feels about working for Shropshire Brickworks, this is what he had to say. “I have worked with Andy for some time now and he has proven himself to be an honest and fair employer. I have always appreciated his fairness, honesty and experience. Andy is always available to the whole team and working closely with him on a daily basis means we have a strong appreciation of each other’s strengths. Having worked with Andy for some time now, I am often relied upon to lead others. I really enjoy this responsibility and to me, it means that Andy values my knowledge, experience and trusts me to supervise others when needed.”

Shropshire Brickworks is also hoping to partner with local colleges in the area, stay tuned for more on this topic in the coming months! To get in touch, or to find out more about the services we offer, please visit www.shropshirebrickworks.com
